Contact the business using its listed details and keep the offer terms and referral reference. You can report a concern using Suggestions & complaints. Refero can review reported platform conduct; it does not hold funds or guarantee settlement.
4. Tracking and reviews
A shared referral record
Dashboards show the customer, business, offer, status history and qualified reward. Reward terms saved with a referral remain attached to that referral when an offer is edited later.
Company-reported delivery
A delivery reference records what the business reports. It is not independent payment verification. Reviews are available for tracked qualified outcomes.
Refero is the connection and tracking platform. The business and referrer are responsible for their agreed reward arrangement.

Making it work for Google
- Build the public pages on the server. Search engines should receive finished HTML for every company and category page. This preview is a design, not the production build.
- Keep commission out of the page, not just blurred. For visitors, the amount should not be in the HTML at all. Treat Google the same as any other logged-out visitor, so the page is not showing search engines something different.
- One address per page. Companies, categories and category plus city each get their own URL, title and description.
- Add structured data. Organization and rating markup on company pages, plus a sitemap that lists every public page.
- Keep dashboards out. Mark /app pages as not indexable.
